Our carefully chosen homestay families recognize the significance of their contribution to your visit’s success and enjoyment. Your host family will not only expose you to the French way of life and assist you with language practice, but they will also provide you with a taste of our delectable regional specialties. The greatest approach to immerse oneself in the language and culture while also living like a local is to stay with a host family.
In this type of student accommodation the following is included:
Our Welcome and Wellbeing Coordinator visits families on a regular basis to ensure that all components of your host family’s accommodation are in good working order. We go to great lengths to ensure that kids and families are a good match. Students with special dietary or other needs should let us know, and we will match them with the appropriate family.
You will be living with a family to learn more about the French way of life, but please remember to respect your host family’s home and schedule.
If you have made plans to go out, will miss a meal or be gone overnight, please remember to inform your family of your plans so they do not worry.
To help you advance more quickly and provide a full French immersion experience, your host family will communicate with you in French at all times. You’ll have the hang of it in no time!
